הפעילות החינוכית מותאמת לקבוצות בגיל תיכון ומעלה ולצוותי חינוך. במפגש בן 90 דקות, משתפים חברי פורום, אחד מכל צד של הסכסוך, בסיפור השכול האישי שלהם, כיצד הבינו כי נקמה לא תשיב את יקיריהם, וכיצד הצליחו להחליף את רגשות הזעם והאיבה בפעילות למען פיוס בין הצדדים. המשתתפים נחשפים לאפשרות חדשה של שיח בתוך עימות, וחווים בעוצמה את האנושי שב’אחר’. לאחר השיתוף מתנהלת שיחה פתוחה בה מוזמנים המשתתפים להביע מגוון דעות, לתרגל מיומנויות דיון מכבד בעיצומו של קונפליקט, לשאול ואף לאתגר את הצד השני.
