והנה היום, לאחר שאיבדתי אותך, אני מתגעגעת אליך הרבה, אולם שמך המשיך לנכוח בבית כאשר נולד לך אח וקראנו לו בשם שוכת, אבל הוא לא אתה ואתה לא הוא.
אני רוצה לומר לך שבשנת 2014 הצטרפתי לפורום המשפחות השכולות הישראלי-פלסטיני מכיוון שאינני רוצה שאמא כלשהי תאבד אחד מבניה מקרב שני העמים כתוצאה מהסכסוך המתמשך, ושכולם יחיו בשלום ובלי מכאובים.
